NYC Brand House
Under Armour, the originator of performance footwear, apparel and equipment, revolutionized how athletes across the world dress. Designed to make all athletes better, the brand's innovative products are sold worldwide to athletes at all levels. As Under Armour has expanded they continually develop brand experiences for the consumer and I was brought in to develop environmental design for a new Brand House in SoHo.
Working with blueprints I helped determine what areas could utilize design. Everything was carefully planned and executed to include projects like backlit signs, 3D letters, wall wraps, die cut graphics, way finding and more to make sure consumers would be immersed in the brand. Carefully selecting imagery and designs that spoke to an international and fashion forward audience was important as well and figuring out what graphics would be updated frequently or would need to have a longer shelf life.
